With sensuality and an evocative allure, the worlds of CH Men Privé and CH Carolina Herrera form an unmistakable duo. The woody notes can be described as a generic wood, not dark or fresh, but an accord closer to blond fine woods. It carries strong Hygge connotations, which is the idea of comfort, cosiness, and warmth, contrasted with the harsh coldness outside.

This was partly due to the fierce discussions regarding shelf life and Sillage, but also to my realization at the time that anosmia (also smell blindness) is not a fantasy.Thierry Mugler Angel Men Pure Malt is an excellent, bold, and projecting fragrance featuring boozy notes. Still spectacular - very much like if you put on a base layer of leather, coated it in La Nuit and then spilled whiskey on top of that. All in all It is good to wear in the cooler evening and is a nice addition to have in ones fall collection. Not sure if this is really the lady killer fragrance some say it is but I wear this for the bois and the bois have complimented me on this scent before.

of the time a reformulation does not change anything but this is one of the rare cases where it really did change the fragrance. Others with some experience could think of other fragrances that do what this is attempting to do, and do it better. I would rather go for something else in my current phase of life if I were looking for scents with alcoholic and leathery notes. It is basic, and performance is lacking (not nearly as bad as CH men though), but the smell is really nice.

I haven't seen it available at any online discounters since I've been wearing it the past few months. The synthetic opening I mentioned above is essentially this pomelo on the top of bitter grapefruit, once you get past that the quality of lavender and subtle leather is actually really good. Overall I dont like over-sweet frangrances and this gives me the good balance between masculinity and gourmandise.

This one just smells modern, youthful, nothing special nor groundbreaking - just a Spicy Leather+Tonka. The opening is subtle with the blend of whiskey, citrus aroma, and spice followed by sweet vanilla and leather note.If you're like me and you find that Play Intense unfolds in a similar fashion, then chances are you'll also find Privé and Play Intense to be blood brothers.

At the time my nose was not well trained but I could pick up the booziness, tonka and the woody notes . The first time I sprayed it I could only notice the sweet part, and then I thought: "this is redundant and reminds me of Azzaro Wanted by Night", but after giving it another try I realized the actual richness of the fragrance and became hooked to it. When it comes to the masculinity, despite being very contemporary, CH Men Privé is an overtly Oriental fragrance with leathery notes. Duration is good with a trail that seems to be powerful in the beginning, but becomes close to the skin after the first hour. And some new curses invented again: Versace Oud Noir might've been relevant, and it is discontinued too?

It should be said here that some products from these fashion houses can be quite high quality and I also own some, but they are not brands where a blind purchase will always be the same positive.
