About this deal

Any piercings that pass through the lower part are less complex and are good beginner intimates. A Prince Albert is quite a good beginner male intimate as it passes out of the bottom of the penis, and so you can see doesn’t actually pass through as much tissue! The Reverse Prince Albert, however, passes through the top of the penis and passes through quite a bit of tissue, including the corporal tissue. This makes the RPA a much more advanced piercing – You really need to put your trust into an expert! Hafada (scrotal): done anywhere on your scrotum, often in the middle front of your scrotum along the scrotal raphe I originally got pierced at 12g, had stretched it to 10g 4 months later (pro piercer and taper) and plan to stretch to 8g next year. The inital piercing took maybe 10 seconds, pain and adrenaline rush can skew time, so it might have been 5. No anesthesia or EMLA for me. Bleeding lasted for 2 or 3 days. I wore briefs with maxi pads. Morning wood and other random boner events were uncomfortable for maybe 3 weeks, if that. It's not wise to play with yourself or others for definitely the first week, probably the first 3 weeks if you really want to let that fistula heal. Aftercare, or consistent aftercare is directly related to comfort. Saline or sea salt soaks at least 2x a day for 10-15 minutes reduces lymph (crusties) and dried blood.

You can usually tell by where the dried matter is located. If it is completely on the jewelry it should be removed, but if it appears to be attached to the skin it would be best to leave it if it did not rinse away after your 60 second jam session. Male intimate piercings have tribal roots. They are often used as a rite of passage from boyhood to adulthood. In the modern day, male intimate piercings are more of a subcultural endeavour. The modern piercing industry was founded by 6 gay men, who came together due to a love of intimate piercings. We would not be the industry we are today without these piercers! One of those 6 men was Mr Sebastian. You are welcome to read more on this fascinating man, and I’m sure we will write more about him in the future. Aiden has these piercers in his lineage, and is incredibly proud of that. These are truly the easiest intimate piercings. They are piercings on the scrotum! There are pierced with BCR rings. The scrotum is the easiest part of the male anatomy to pierce and heal. The scrotum is soft, stretchy and does not contain any major blood vessels, so the piercing itself and the healing process is very simple. These are a good piercing to start with if you want to explore the world of intimate piercing! Also, I wanted to remind you (and my readers) that an apadravya is a combination of a Prince Albert (on the bottom) and a Reverse Prince Albert (on the top); once you are healed, you may want to experiment with different pieces of jewelry in the lower and upper portions of the piercing channel. The illustration from my book is attached in an effort to help clarify this. Naturally, the natural channel of the uretha is what allows jewelry to come out the tip of the penis. FYI-the additional piercing in the rim of the glans that is pictured here is a dydoe piercing.Ampallangs and Apadravyas are piercings that pass through the head of the penis. Ampallang piercings cross the head horizontally, whereas Apadravya piercings cross vertically. These, along with most male shaft piercings, have the intended purpose of increasing pleasure during sex. This is often the reason for getting these piercings alongside the aesthetic effect. However, we cannot guarantee any improvement to sexual experiences- We pierce for aesthetics only. Speaking as a lady person whose husband had an apadravya at one point, and who knows a lot of genitally pierced people: it is painful (for the pierced person), and you can't have sex of any sort while healing, which can be up to a couple of months. It doesn't really hinder oral, though deep-throating is probably dicey, and anal... most people I know who have had sex with someone with an apadravya have asked them to take it out for anal. Otherwise, it's generally a pleasurable piercing for partners. It will not cause problems at airport screenings with the traditional metal detector, but if you are getting one of the scans it might because they'll be able to see it. You can opt out of the scans, but then you get a pat-down and they may feel it and make you do a private screening - I have a friend with a Prince Albert who had to do this recently. The piercing must be cleaned twice daily, can not sleep on your stomach, cross-contamination prevention, and no swimming. The average healing time is 4-6 months. The CDC does offer the suggestion that wounds can be covered with waterproof bandages prior to them being closed, and while this may be possible with some piercings it is important that the bandage creates a good seal on the surrounding tissue to truly make it waterproof. Prior to applying a waterproof bandage be sure to rinse and dry the area well.

An apadravya is usually done in one session, though sometimes in two; the first creating a Prince Albert and the second (after healing) completing the apadravya. Straight barbells are the usual jewelry for apadravya piercings. The barbell must be long enough to accommodate erection and initial swelling. The apadravya is usually pierced with a slightly longer barbell than required for a fully healed piercing, and downsizing the length can be required. The barbell can also end with the second ball inside the urethra. The diameter of the initial barbell is usually 2.0 or 2.4mm (12 or 10 gauge). The apadravya is typically centered, with the piercing channel beginning in the “valley” on the top ridge of the glans, passing through the urethra, and exiting where the Prince Albert piercing is normally placed (on the underside of the piercing, where the glans meets the shaft). A PA piercing can easily be converted into an apadravya, as the same entrance can be used on the bottom, and this will reduce the overall healing time for the second piercing. The ampallang can be placed above or through the urethra, but passing through the urethra speeds healing and tends to make for a stronger piercing; in fact, many piercers will refuse to do a non-urethral ampallang. The jewelry must be left in at all times. With longer piercings like this, it is much easier from your body to close the piercing. The piercing can be done either by clamping with a set of Foster’s Forceps or freehand. Both have their own advantages and you should discuss your piercer’s choice in the method. For nearly two decades, Tribal Expression has established itself as a reliable and reputable provider of genital piercings in Canada. Our focus on maintaining a high standard of professionalism and quality has earned us the trust of our clients. Magic cross: consists of 2 to 3 piercings through the glans, usually with two barbells crossing each other with four beads poking out from under the skin

Avoid submerging the piercing in water: Avoid swimming, hot tubs, and other activities that could expose the piercing to bacteria. Please refrain from unprotected sex while this piercing is healing. This would include oral and penetrative sex. Listen to your body, if something hurts it may be better to avoid that activity until you are further into your healing process. Play sports or engage in other vigorous activity so that the penis isn’t jostled around or injured. We recommend waiting at least 6 months after piercing before stretching, just to make sure that the piercing is fully healed and settled. Stretching can be done at home, but we recommend letting us stretch these piercings for you if you are at all unsure! Stretching involves using a lubricated tapered insertion tool to gently introduce the new jewellery. This allows your body to more easily accept the new jewellery!
