About this deal

Though for whatever odd reason, Lego didn't give this version a blue hip piece to represent the "underwear"/trunks. I can understand not giving this figure any boots or even a shoulder pad piece (thankfully that comes in a blue color in the upcoming 80108 Lunar New Year set), but these color legs don't have a variant where they have a blue hip piece: Wolverine’s minifigure looks okay– I still think medium-length legs would be far more appropriate as Logan is meant to only be 5’3″, and I’m not completely sold on the face, with the teeth-baring grin. I’ll also be interested to see his face under the mask – but the Wolverine costume is pretty darn great. 76203 Iron Man Mech Armor

Iron Man, on the other hand, has plenty of printing. His legs and torso are mostly gold, with dark red arms and a printed dark red mask. The head underneath is the common Tony Stark one that you’ve probably got a dozen of by now. Tony on one side, Tony’s face covered in targeting computer readouts on the other. But, as this figure doesn’t come with hair, or a mask that can flip up, it leaves you with no real options for displaying either print. I’m not exactly sure why they didn’t re-use T’challa Star Lord’s face which seems a bit more appropriate. 76206 Iron Man Figure More interestingly is the return of X-Men into the Marvel LEGO Universe, with Wolverine making an appearance as a minifigure!

It’s not even December, but LEGO is already lifting the veil from its upcoming 2022 sets, and last night, we got a look at four upcoming LEGO Marvel Super Heroes sets – 3 Mechs, and an Iron Man Figure that heralds the return of LEGO Constraction sets! There are lots more LEGO Marvel mechs for kids to collect and use to create their own multi-mech battles Standing over 5.5 in. (15 cm) tall, this movable mech with jointed limbs is both posable and portable Wolverine’s striped torso and mask pairing resembles the costume he was wearing when he joined the X-Men in the mid-70s. But his unprinted bright light orange legs do tend to wash out the costume overall. I wish he’d at least come with blue hips, if not printed legs, to give the costume a little more variety of color. Still, that’s an easy mod for most LEGO collectors.

LEGO components fulfill stringent industry quality standards to ensure they are consistent, compatible and connect and pull apart easily every time The amount of articulation of the big Iron Man figure presents itself to be above average not only having bendable knees, but a sviwel rotation at them as well as at the waist. Bushings at the hips can be detached allowing for greater degree of movement outwards, while the ankle construction ensures consistantly flat positioning of the feet on the ground. At this point a bicep swivel or a properly mounted ball joint at the elbow would make it pretty much perfect!

This version is definitely based on his classic suit from the 70s. It has the same belt design and everything: This model includes the normal ball-jointed shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles, along with hinged fingers and thumbs. These joints are more than adequate to create differing poses, although the narrow feet could yield stability issues. Careful posing should avoid issues though, with even the below stance remaining perfectly steady. Tony Stark might be dead in the MCU, but it sure won’t stop LEGO and Marvel from churning out more Iron Man suits! I do like the printed chest-piece on a Nexo Knight shield.

The small mechs are fine, they're the usual stuff by now, althought it looks like their hips connection has been redesigned and now they are unable to rotate. Still no side torso coverage... https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/proxy/_AU9iQbb1Ii_74MalM8PIc8q_3GHxbPkjgWrxKtohnCpL_1vsZqhrYId8zUsfazXTWat3fldcq_dud0dLSByvsyYiQOrcVHWlN13WpDYWl4E2j4vlIciumwGtipzBA

LEGO components are dropped, heated, crushed, twisted and analyzed to make sure they satisfy rigorous global safety standards I'm actually all in favour of multiple different Iron Manses, to fill up our combined 76125 Hall of Armour and 76167 Iron Man Armoury slots. A suit of armour around the world. What could go wrong? All three sets come in a square “thumb punch” style box. An image of the mech armor in action dominates most of the front image, while the included minifigure gets profiled down at the bottom, next to their team’s respective logo.
