I can discern no difference in the various difficulty levels, either for the program or levels within it. Taken ages to get Reebok tech support to reluctantly organise an engineer visit (still to happen). The bike creaks horribly while in use. The menus are very confusing and tech support "helped" me by suggesting I go to step 6 in the manual first. The manual is of very little help. I'm really disappointed with this bike and had expected a massively better one for the price. My goodness, this is impressive. We bought it when it was on a really good offer and SO impressed with it. The delivery was a nightmare - the first one went missing so it actually took two weeks to get one here - Yodel was used as a delivery company and they've got a horrendous reputation! But, it arrived eventually and was worth waiting for. I have very bad arthritis of knees and some spine problems and wondered how I'd get on with it but it's much easier than I expected and is a really good cardiac... The flywheel here is 7kg, the pedals are self-balancing and in addition the foot pedal straps can also be adjusted. Please note that the battery needs to be charged initially for 8 hours when delivered and is then recharged automatically from your own movements on the bike thereafter so this is an eco-friendly choice. The Reebok GB50 is a great and solid machine. Besides the facts that a solid machine speaks for itself, the build being of note here, the console, this machine’s internal engineering and adjustability are pivotal. But the extras, fine details and smaller choices are better than ever too.In case you’re wondering, no, we don’t have any connections with Ultrasport. They’re just big on the budget end of the market. There’s a good reason for this as there’s a lot to like about this exercise bike.
