The Keybrand can be seen as the opposite of Breaker Blade in terms of bonuses to damage output: the Breaker Blade deals more damage to enemies that are at full health, while the Keybrand deals more damage to enemies that are below full health. Erida struggles with her attraction to her new husband, her bloodthirsty ambition, her need to placate her courtiers, and her fear of He Who Waits and his undead armies.Because of its slow swing, the Breaker Blade can hit the same enemy multiple times in a single swing, somewhat compensating for its slow use time. It may take some readers a while to keep the many threads of the story straight, but once the crew is assembled and the action picks up, this book will ultimately feel unputdownable.

These Bladers represent the ideals of the BBA as well as are responsible for the spirit of Beyblade itself being kept alive and were originally gather to protect the world from Voltaire Hiwatari's initial threat in Russia. Featuring corpse armies, otherworldly beasts, sorcerers and the kind of epic peril you'd find in a Tolkien novel, Blade Breaker is an ambitious sequel with stellar world building. What’s worse is that this writing style renders everything as rather basic and simplistic or unintentionally humorous. Strangely, Erida remains this series’ most interesting and compelling character, a young woman who’s been underestimated all her life and forced to perform quiet obedience for the misogynistic men around her who is now willing to essentially commit genocide to force the world to bend to her will. However, true to its ideals, it reverts back to its origins and the BBA team itself is seen running a simple tournament with a new set of younger Bladers while its team contemplates their future actions. In the second half of G-Revolution, they teamed up once again to form the team "G Revolutions" to face the BEGA League. Though I enjoyed its predecessor, Realm Breaker, I found that the problems that occasionally plagued the first novel ran egregiously rampant in this sequel.

The zombies just add another layer of chaos to the cosmic stakes readers have already been introduced to; they just illustrate the depths that the villains are able and willing to stoop to. The light of different stars, she thought, remembering her mother and how she used to glare at the sky, as if she could will the stars of Glorian to replace the stars of the Ward. All original members own Beyblades that have names beginning with the prefix "Dr"; (Tyson - Dragoon, Kai - Dranzer, Ray - Driger, Max - Draciel).
